JANA Annual Conference

The JANA Annual Conference 2019 was held at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne in September.

The conference theme was Looking Through the Noise for Long-Term Return Drivers and followed the format of four key sessions and two breakout streams of three sessions with a sit down lunch. The conference was followed by a gala dinner at Myer Mural Hall.

We helped the JANA team with complete event management of the conference and dinner. This included creating the two separate overarching designs for the conference and dinner that we rolled out to event collateral, both for print and digital, which flowed consistently across each touch point. We created a conference microsite which led through to the event registration site for guests to register. We managed registrations through our event software and managed all communications.

We also produced a short film to screen at the beginning of the conference day to set the scene. This tied into the conference theme with all key areas covered and demonstrated what clients can expect more of from JANA in the future.

We designed and created a conference app for guests to use throughout the conference day. This had all relevant program and speaker information and enabled guests to ask questions to the speakers and submit feedback.

We also managed the conference dinner at Myer Mural Hall, managing all logistics and incorporating a new design to create a fresh feel for this event.
