ABCB Forums
We worked with the Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB) to deliver a series of forums chaired by the ABCB Chair and CEO from August 2023 – November 2024. The forums were designed to provide stakeholders the opportunity to understand more about how the ABCB works, its strategic direction, to ask questions and provide feedback.
We ran each of the 5 forums as separate events from start to finish. This included venue sourcing in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra, managing logistics and delivering all events onsite, and creating the design for the events that we rolled out to event collateral which flowed consistently across each touch point, both for print and digital. We built and managed an event microsite and event registration site and managed registrations and ticketing through our event software. We also managed all event enquiries for ABCB through a dedicated email address and phone line.
We debriefed with the team after each individual forum to understand what worked and how we could adapt for the next one. As such, some forums were delivered as hybrid in person and live streamed events; others had a separate in person and live streamed events delivered in the studio on different days; and we trialled one as a dedicated webinar. This was a successful approach and delivered the best outcome for ABCB for this particular event.
