ASIC Guide to Enforcement

We worked with ASIC and a range of other consumer protection organisations across 2022 and 2023 to develop a series of eLearning modules to guide staff on what they need to know before engaging with First Nations Communities who have been impacted by wrongdoing.

We engaged in a co-design process with both First Nations and non-First Nations representatives from agencies both at a federal and state level to understand the need, what was important to convey, as well as what an effective way to develop the eLearning would be. We developed the format, key messaging and activities based on our discussions with these stakeholders, filmed video content and case studies, and designed a full set of modules using Articulate 360.
