This is Creative was established by siblings Kate and Nathan Dukes from a shared love of storytelling.
At This is Creative we pride ourselves on understanding your requirements as they evolve. We will partner with you from the start to ask questions so we can share your vision throughout each step of the process to deliver content that outshines expectations, while remaining on time and within budget.

Kate is a proud Mara and Jingili woman who grew up on Ngunnawal Country and is a passionate event professional, bringing 16 years of experience delivering large and small events across Australia and in the UK in the government, not-for-profit and private sectors to our client events. Kate is known for her meticulous and calm nature even in the constant evolution of an event day.
Kate enjoys spending her free time with her young family, travelling, practicing yoga and bush walking.
Caitlin Welch
Caitlin Welch is a creative communications specialist with extensive experience in brand and project management, creative production, and strategic storytelling. Working across government, humanitarian, academic, creative and community sectors, she has led communications projects that deliver education, engagement, marketing and community building outcomes with measurable results.
Caitlin loves hiking and camping in the Australian high country and deepening her understanding of native ecological systems.
Cathy Egan
Cathy brings a broad range of experience to the team across project and event management, human resources, work health and safety and administration.
Cathy enjoys spending her free time walking her dog, reading and practicing yoga.
Emily Watson
Emily brings nearly a decade of experience photographing high end food and beverage, lifestyle, interior and events in Sydney and Glasgow, Scotland. Equally comfortable in a studio as she is shooting people and events on location, she brings a key eye for detail and an easygoing presence to every shoot.
Emily loves the beach, a good adventure and finding great food.
Deb Kindermann
Deb brings her event management, administration and recruitment experience to the team and her strong customer focus to event days, making sure that guests are always well looked after.
Deb enjoys travelling, reading and attending her husband’s gig’s in her free time.
